For people in the in-between: when the caregiving role loosens and you come back into focus. Here’s an opportunity to come back to yourself - grounded practices, and supportive connection within the comfort of the Onehunga Community House. A 4 week series of 2 hour workshops will introduce you to practices designed to help bring you back to you, find your voice again, express what you really want. Learn who you are now after caregiving. At the end of the workshop series you are likely to: • Be able to discern when you are doing something someone else wants you to, versus what you want • Feel more steady and present, even when things are uncomfortable or uncertain • Trust your body more—not just physically, but as a source of information and direction to help determine your yes and no and what you really want • Have a set of grounded practices you can use in daily life to support you in times of stress, decision-making, or relationship conflicts You can use both discounts below.
