Rest and Receive - sound healing journey

Pause. Receive. Return to yourself. Give yourself permission to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into a warm, nurturing space created for deep rest and relaxation. Rest & Receive is an intimate small-group sound healing journey held in my peaceful Bryndwr home. Through gentle guided meditation and the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, along with a selection of therapeutic instruments including chimes, gong and percussion, you'll be invited to simply slow down, soften and receive. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, and nothing to achieve, only an opportunity to create space to restore calm, return to balance, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, emotionally depleted, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this is your invitation to rest deeply and leave feeling grounded, centred and renewed.
