Sacred Pause A Mid-week Restorative Sound Journey with Athena Wednesday 7 October · 6:00–7:00pm Sometimes we simply need a place to pause. Join Athena for a gentle restorative sound journey designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of a busy week. You’ll be guided into stillness through the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, creating space to release tension, settle the nervous system, and simply be with no experience or expectations required. This is a community offering, created for anyone who could use a moment of rest and connection, especially those who may not currently have the capacity to pay for one. The session is free to attend. If you have the capacity and feel called to contribute, Koha is warmly appreciated but never expected. Your contribution can be monetary or simply something you’d like to offer to the community. A Koha basket will be available outside the room. After the sound journey, stay for a cuppa tea and a community connection, a chance to come back into the room slowly, meet others, and share a moment together. Come as you are. Bring yourself, something comfortable to lie on, and permission to do absolutely nothing for an hour. 🤎 No experience with sound baths, meditation, or Reiki is needed.
