Sound Bath: Return to Yourself - Mondays - AYU Community Space

Enjoy deep relaxation and inner resonance through the vibrations and sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Simply relax and 'be'. Take a pause in your week and let sound bring you home to yourself. Lead by certified Sound Bath facilitator, Melissa, the Inner Resonance Sound Bath experiences are grounded in breath, body awareness and the belief that sound can gently draw us back into our being: our body and our inner knowing. Sound is a gentle doorway into stillness and self-awareness, giving us permission to slow down enough to quieten the noise and reconnect with the peace within. Every Monday, at lunchtime and in the evening, Melissa creates a safe, warm and nurturing space at AYU for you to pause, breathe and simply be. Settle in, get comfortable and let the beautiful, resonant tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments wash over you as you drift into a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. No experience is needed, just come as you are.
