A Westpac Ambassador for over a decade, Sir John Kirwan (JK) has dedicated much of his life to helping New Zealanders feel more confident talking about mental health. While he’s known around the world as an All Black legend, it’s his honesty, vulnerability, and advocacy off the field that have made him one of Aotearoa’s most respected and influential voices. About the Event Join us for a free session in the Matarae Station Wool Shed where JK will share openly about his personal mental health journey - from navigating depression while performing at the highest level, to the tools, habits, and mindset shifts that support his wellbeing today. You’ll gain practical insights, relatable stories, and down‑to‑earth guidance you can apply in your own life, on farm, with your whānau, and in your community. Event Details: • 11am - Meet and greet with JK • 11:30am - Talk begins • 12:10pm - Q&A. • 12:30pm - 1.00pm - BBQ lunch provided. This is a great chance to get off farm for a couple of hours, connect with your community and pick up some tips to help get through life's challenges.
