Action Board Workshop - Stepping into Your Power

ACTION BOARD WORKSHOP Stepping Into Your Power 6–9pm | An evening to get clear, get creative and get moving. A space for women to pause, reconnect with themselves and create a visual reminder of where they're going and the actions they're ready to take to get there. Rather than simply creating a vision of the life you wish for, you'll explore: What do I actually want? How do I want to feel? What's important to me now? What am I ready to leave behind? What am I curious enough to try? What action can I take next? Who do I need to become to create the life I'm imagining? Then you'll bring it all together in your own Action Board — something you'll be able to take home and display somewhere you'll see it regularly. Before the workshop: Visit an op shop or look around your home and find something you can transform into your Action Board. Don't worry about whether it's perfect. Look for something that catches your eye, makes you curious or simply feels like you. Give something old a new purpose — just as we're doing. All other supplies are included as well as light refreshments. Spaces are limited to 12
