Join me for a guided group past life regression experience where you will be gently guided into a past life, connect with your Spirit Guide or Higher Self, and explore future possibilities and insight for your current path. Through guided hypnosis and visualization, you will be led into a deeply relaxed state where the subconscious mind becomes more accessible. The future is always shifting based on our choices, growth and present moment awareness.) 🌿 Journaling and reflection There will be time throughout the experience to journal, reflect and integrate what comes through for you. Every person experiences regression differently. Some people receive vivid visual experiences, while others may feel emotions, sensations, memories, words or simply a deep inner knowing. There is no right or wrong way to experience this work. You do not need any previous hypnosis or meditation experience to attend. Simply come with an open mind, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to relax into the experience. My name is Bianca O’Connell and I am a Level 2 QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) Practitioner, trained in the Dolores Cannon method. I am deeply passionate about creating safe and grounded spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, explore their inner world, and access deeper clarity, healing and understanding through the subconscious mind. This group experience is a beautiful introduction to regression work and QHHT, offering a small taste of the depth, clarity and profound insight that can emerge in a full session.
