Soul Food - A Half Day Retreat

This transformational half day retreat invites you to journey through the realms of emotion and sound to intuitively create a beautiful piece of art, it brings together meditation, writing, sound and colour. It's a gentle and judgement free space to settle, listen inwards and let what you are feeling come out onto the page and canvas. You don't need any art or meditation experience, just a willingness to show up as you are.
