Capital Blues Presents: BlueBerries

One of the great pleasures of Wellington's music scene is stumbling across exceptional talent when you least expect it. Earlier this year, a young group of musicians caught our attention while busking on Cuba Street. Their musicianship, energy and obvious enjoyment of playing together made an immediate impression. A few months later, that chance encounter has become a Capital Blues debut performance. For these emerging musicians, the journey has involved building a full-length set, refining their repertoire, and preparing for their first performance before a dedicated audience. It's exactly the kind of opportunity Capital Blues seeks to create; giving young artists a platform to grow their confidence, develop their craft, and connect with new listeners. Join us in supporting what may well be the next generation of outstanding Wellington musicians. You might just discover your new favourite band before everyone else does. Featuring: Maddie Glossop - vocals Noah Bryn - guitar Oliver Livingstone - double bass Reuben Stevens - drums Georgina Willan - alto saxophone
