The Quiet Space

As part of this year’s Festival of Architecture, we’re trying something a little different in Wellington: a chance to step away from the drawings, deadlines and demands of the day, and make some space for yourself. Join us for a morning yoga class at the beautiful Awhi Yoga & Wellbeing space. A chance to move, breathe and reset in a calm and welcoming environment. Whether you’re an architect, working in the wider design industry, or simply part of the community, this is an invitation to start the day differently. Led by a qualified Awhi instructor, the class is suitable for all levels. Mats and props are provided, along with complimentary herbal tea before and after the class. Bring a drink bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Full access to the Awhi lounge, toilets and showers is included. Come take a breath and make some space.
