Come as you are. From whatever you're carrying. This space is built to receive you. WHAT HAPPENS IN SESSION A guided breathwork journey followed by a sound healing immersion. The space is small and intimate by design — every element chosen with intention. Eye masks, mats, cushions, and blankets provided. You don't need experience. You just need to arrive. HOW IT CLOSES Each session ends with Kawakawa Tī and/or Koko Samoa in our lounge. A closing ceremony to help you sit with what moved before you step back into the world. Good for: stress, fatigue, nervous system overdrive, grief, transition, winter heaviness, or simply needing one hour that belongs entirely to you.
