Bend, breathe and be inspired by our waterwise garden! Breathe in the fresh air and move gently in a peaceful garden setting during this beginner-friendly yoga class. We’ll explore simple, grounding poses, gentle stretches, and mindful breathwork to help you feel centered and at ease. No experience needed—just bring your mat and a willingness to unwind. Registration is required. For ages 16 and up. This class will meet at the Education Center at Conservation Garden Park, but will be taught outside! Taught by Ashley Henry.
