Bowl Tea Ceremony

An intimate, meditative bowl tea ceremony, rooted in Cha Dao, the Way of Tea, as a pathway to clarity, connection and deeper consciousness. Welcome, amiga. I’ve been walking the Way of Tea since 2020. It has been a deeply restorative practice in my life, and since returning from Taiwan, I’m feeling called to share more with you and raise bowls together. What is a Bowl Tea Ceremony? Bowl tea is the simplest, and oldest, way of brewing tea. Leaves, water, heat, and a bowl. We’ll sit together in silence and drink tea, then open the circle for sharing towards the end. A moment to sit in stillness, listen to the whispers of tea, bask in each other’s company, and ground ourselves for the season ahead.
