Relax & Restore: Yoga + Sound Healing

Join us for a gentle, restorative yoga class followed by a soothing sound healing session to help you fully unwind and reset. Take a pause from the pace of everyday life and join us at LX Portal for a special evening dedicated to rest, relaxation, and renewal. We’ll begin with a gentle, slow-paced yoga class designed to release physical tension, soften the body, and bring your attention inward. You’ll then settle into a deeply relaxing sound healing experience, allowing the soothing vibrations and sounds to create space for stillness and calm. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Whether you’re looking to release stress, unwind after a busy week, or simply give yourself some time to slow down, this evening is an invitation to breathe, let go, and reconnect with yourself. 📅 November 15 🕕 5:00 PM 📍 LX Portal Yoga, Rua das Trinas 44, Lisbon Details: Relaxing Yoga Class - 30 mins.
