She began her career in legal practice, where intensity and output were everything, and slowing down always felt like falling behind. Since discovering yoga during COVID, Nat has been on a personal journey of honouring her body, listening to her limits, and finding strength in stillness (not always easy — she feels you!). She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali in 2024 and her Buff Bones instructor training in 2026, and she's here to create a space for those of us caught in the same pace — to slow down, breathe, and grow stronger through rest and deliberate movement.
