We run hard.We sweat it out.We shed some fat.We laugh, talk rubbish, and enjoy good vibes together. Bring a spare basketball if you have one. It always helps. We’ll have lunch at Xiang Xiang Hunan Chinatown private room together after. (We can shower at a nearby fitness centre)Show up. Move your body. Build real connections.See you on court! 🏀
