We are bringing product people together to: Help aspiring PMs ramp through realistic product work—not just interview frameworks Help practising PMs sharpen their craft by exchanging ideas and learning from peers Build a PM community where people can share openly, challenge their thinking, and grow together What we’ll do Run a live AI investigation into customer churn risk Work through cases involving lead prioritisation, loan-risk intervention, and pitching with a prototype Turn scattered evidence into a clear product decision Design an AI workflow with human review, quality checks, and success metrics Build one prototype screen that tests the riskiest assumption Share our work through small-group discussion and peer critique Limited free places are available. Who it’s for Practising PMs who want to improve their approach to customer insight, strategy, prioritisation, prototyping, delivery, and measurement. Aspiring PMs who want to ramp into the role by doing real PM work: examining evidence, making trade-offs, testing an idea, and presenting a recommendation. Product leads, founders, designers, engineers, analysts, operators, and customer-facing teammates are also welcome. No advanced AI or coding background is required. Bring your laptop, curiosity, and willingness to participate. About the theme This is Class 01 of PM in the AI Era, a practical curriculum for building stronger product managers. The enrolled cohort continues across customer and data insights, product strategy, prototyping, go-to-market, models and agents, evaluations, governance, sprint planning, launch, monitoring, and product leadership. Every class combines theory, live demonstrations, hands-on practice, and peer critique. Your hosts Cora Peng is a Staff Product Manager who has built products at Airwallex and Alibaba, including AI-powered fraud and risk capabilities for global payments. She created this course to help practising PMs sharpen their craft and aspiring PMs ramp through realistic work. Jason Xu is the former Head of Product at Nansen and a former Product Lead at Google and Alibaba. He has built products and led teams at scale. Who’s Lunatechs Lunatechs is a global technology community founded by UC Berkeley alumni with product and engineering leadership experience at Google, Apple, Alibaba, Airwallex and other leading technology companies. What began in Hong Kong has grown to Singapore and is now expanding across the United States and beyond.
