Dietitian’s Table is an interactive cooking demonstration led by a registered dietitian, featuring approachable recipes and practical tips for making nutritious meals at home. Participants will learn helpful cooking techniques, ingredient swaps, and nutrition information while seeing the recipe prepared step by step and sampling the finished dish. This session’s featured recipe is Sheet Pan Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potato and Chickpeas with Maple Dijon Dressing.
