I was recovering from two breast cancer surgeries while also going through a divorce. The sound baths I attended gave me a safe place to release my worries, surrender them to Jesus, and find moments of peace, stillness, and connection. For those moments, I didn’t have to have all the answers. I could simply breathe, be still, and trust that He was with me.
