The Wild Feminine: A Ritual of Embodiment

A guided embodiment experience using movement, music, and body awareness to help women soften, reconnect, and return to themselves. A guided, body-based experience for women who feel the quiet pull to reconnect more deeply with themselves. Through intuitive movement, music, and gentle nervous system support, this workshop invites you to soften protective patterns, release tension, and reconnect with the body-especially the often-held and guarded space of the lower belly and womb. Held within a grounded, supportive space, this is not about pushing or performing. It’s about creating safety in the body… and allowing what’s been held to gently unwind. Come as you are. No experience needed. It is suggested to not eat heavy prior to the workshop. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a journal to support your body, your breath, and any reflections that may arise. Your Guide: Laura Lewis Laura Lewis is a body-based practitioner and space holder who guides women back into connection with themselves through gentle, intuitive embodiment work. Her approach blends nervous system awareness, hands-on experience, and personal exploration of how the body holds and releases tension and emotion. Rooted in presence rather than rigid methods, Laura creates safe, grounded spaces for women to soften, reconnect, and explore the body’s deeper intelligence-including the connection to the womb as both a physical and energetic center.
