Verena is an intuitive and dedicated spirit passionate about fostering community, healing, and personal growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with minors in Psychology, Management, and Business but has devoted the past decade to Zen Buddhism, Qigong, and the Violet Flame healing energy. At Unity, she serves as a prayer chaplain, platform leader, and children's church teacher, sharing the teachings of Jesus and the power of prayer. She has also led Girl Scout troops, enriching young lives in Aurora. Verena also teaches chair yoga for seniors and sound alchemy at Anna Maria continuing care community, believing yoga benefits all ages. She regularly does sound healing at Essential Zen and The Heart Center. She enjoys creative pursuits like painting, macramé, and knitting while deeply appreciating nature. With an open heart and a commitment to uplifting others, she honors the love and light in all.
