Falling Free A Sound Journey for Release & Trust

An autumn sound journey exploring the freedom that comes when we loosen our hold, release what is heavy & trust ourselves enough to let go. Every autumn, the trees offer us a remarkable reminder. There comes a time to release. Not because what came before didn't matter. Not because letting go is always easy. Simply because we cannot carry everything forever. Falling Free is an immersive sound journey inspired by that moment of release, when a leaf loosens its hold and allows itself to be carried into what comes next. Throughout the evening, layers of crystal singing bowls, gongs, harp, chimes, and other resonant instruments will create space to rest deeply and soften your grip on whatever has been asking too much of you. You don't need to decide what to let go of. You don't need to force anything to change. Just settle in. Listen. And explore what it feels like to hold a little less tightly. No meditation or sound bath experience is needed. Come as you are and allow the sound to meet you there.
