Baby(pre-crawlers) + Me Mini Sound Bath | A Gentle Reset

A gentle, baby-friendly 30-minute sound bath for parents and caregivers to rest, reconnect, and experience the soothing vibrations A gentle, baby-friendly introduction to the restorative experience of sound. This intimate 30-minute sound bath is designed for parents and caregivers to pause, settle, and experience the soothing vibrations of therapeutic sound alongside their little ones. We’ll keep the gathering intentionally small, creating space to get comfortable, tend to your baby as needed, and simply receive. Expect a soft, welcoming environment with crystal singing bowls and other grounding instruments. Babies are welcome to sleep, wiggle, feed, make noise, or need a break. There is no expectation of stillness or silence. This mini experience is perfect if you’re curious about sound healing, easing back into wellness practices after welcoming a baby, or simply craving a moment of rest and connection. 30 minutes | Intentionally small | Baby-friendly | No prior experience needed The second half will be 30 minutes of connection and community with other parents and caregivers.
