Bawdy Basics: How Our Bodies Work and Why Perimenopause Messes It Up!

Join us for an evening of laughter and learning as we discuss all things anatomy and Perimenopause! Perimenopause means something different for each individual woman. Which symptoms you have, how severe (or mild!) they are, when it all starts and ends..... there are no predictors. Trying to figure out what's going on with your body can be tricky and confusing. Join us for an evening to learn the Bawdy Basics! How our bodies work, why they sometimes don't, and how perimenopause fuggs it all up! Your ticket includes the presentation, Q&A, light meal and beverages, a mini-session in the salt room, and more! Doors open at 5:30pm. Please arrive early to grab some food, a seat, and sign up for your salt room session. Presentation begins promptly at 6pm. Friends and partners are welcome.
