Meditation Bethlehem

All learning materials are provided, allowing you to easily embark on your journey to inner peace and balance. This is a a very simple meditation that can be learnt easily by all. This is not an "exercise" yoga and no special postures or clothing are required. You can meditate seated comfortably on a chair or on the ground. There is no charge for these classes, as we cannot pay for the awakening of our own inner energy. Registration is recommended, walk-ins welcome - space permitting.
