Worship Fitness Class at Mountain View Wesleyan Church Sept 22nd @ 7PM

Come worship the lord and honor your body through movement. This class will be 60 minutes. All ages and levels are welcome. There will always be options to modify the movements and work through your endurance as the class progresses. Each class will open in prayer, followed by a warm up and stretch. We will then lead into a variation of low and high intensity exercises. I pray that you leave every class feeling refreshed, inspired, and renewed by feeling the holy spirit fill the room.
