FREE Worship Fitness Class @ Green Pond UMC October 13th @ 6:30PM

Let's get moving & praise together in this uplifting Worship Fitness Class—release your anxiety, let go of your fears & honor the lord w/me! LAUNCH WORSHIP FITNESS CLASS Come worship the lord and honor your body through movement. This class will be 60 minutes. All ages and levels are welcome. There will always be options to modify the movements and work through your endurance as the class progresses. Each class will open in prayer, followed by a warm up and stretch. We will then lead into a variation of low and high intensity exercises. I pray that you leave every class feeling refreshed, inspired, and renewed by feeling the holy spirit fill the room. This class will be FREE. Donations are appreciated and accepted, either cash or venmo @PraiseinmotionLLC RSVP to reserve your spot. At Praise in Motion, we believe movement is a form of worship.
