Worship Fitness Class at TC Dance Club in Wind Gap Sept 26th @ 9:30 AM

Let's get moving & praise together in this uplifting Worship Fitness Class—release your anxiety, let go of your fears & honor the lord! LAUNCH WORSHIP FITNESS CLASS Come worship the lord and honor your body through movement. This class will be 60 minutes. All ages and levels are welcome. There will always be options to motify the movements and work through your endurance as the class progresses. Each class will open in prayer, followed by a warm up and stretch. We will then lead into some low intensity songs and into medium intensity movements. I pray that you leave every class feeling refreshed, inspired, and renewed by feeling the holy spirit fill the room.
