Worship Fitness Class at Signature Health & Wellness October 25th @ 1:30PM

Let's get moving & praise together in this uplifting Worship Fitness Class—release your anxiety, let go of your fears & honor the lord w/me! WORSHIP FITNESS CLASS Come worship the lord and honor your body through movement. This class will be 60 minutes. All ages and levels are welcome. There will always be options to modify the movements and work through your endurance as the class progresses. Each class will open in prayer, followed by a warm up and stretch. We will then lead into a mix of medium to higher intensity movements. I pray that you leave every class feeling refreshed, inspired, and renewed by feeling the holy spirit fill the room.
