At BEE Club, we believe leadership isn't reserved for adulthood. Our girls are already finding their voices, taking responsibility, creating change, and earning their stripes through real leadership experiences. She Earned Her Stripes brings these generations together to celebrate how far they've come, recognize the leaders they're becoming, and invest in the opportunities that will shape what comes next. Built With the Girls, Not Just for Them Before planning this year's Mixer, we asked BEE Club members and Peer Leaders what they wanted from an experience with women professionals. They told us who they want to meet: women in medicine and healthcare, business and entrepreneurship, law, sports, technology and engineering, science, communications, government, the arts, finance, and more. They told us what they want to talk about: college, internships, and first jobs; turning interests into opportunities; money and financial independence; confidence; and handling setbacks and rejection. And they told us how they want to connect: through mentorship, small-group conversations, career meet-and-greets, and real questions. Those are the conversations we're building this year's Mixer around. Girls are helping lead the afternoon, too. Why Your Presence Matters Since 2013, BEE Club has served more than 850 girls, and more than 240 have served in BEE Club leadership roles. But our impact is about more than numbers. It's about what happens when girls have the space, support, and opportunity to discover what they're capable of and practice leading before adulthood. Every ticket helps sustain the experiences, relationships, and opportunities that prepare girls to lead in college, careers, and their communities.
