Beginner Yoga Foundations (4-Week Beginner Series)

4-week series to introduce you to the foundations of yoga $140 Yoga Foundations | A 4-Week Beginner Series Curious about yoga but not sure where to begin? Or maybe you've practiced before but want to feel more confident in the basics? This series is for you. Yoga Foundations is a welcoming, 4-week beginner series designed to help you build confidence, explore movement, and develop a deeper understanding of your practice — all at your own pace. Each week, we'll break down common yoga poses and transitions, explore alignment and modifications, and help you understand not just how to move, but why. You'll learn how to adapt poses to your unique body, ask questions, and discover what feels right for you. But yoga is about more than the poses. We'll also introduce foundational breathing techniques, mindfulness, and simple meditation practices to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself. Throughout these four weeks, you can expect to: • Build familiarity with foundational yoga poses and their names. • Learn modifications and variations that support your body. • Develop confidence moving between poses and connecting movement with breath. • Explore simple breathing and mindfulness techniques. • Practice in a welcoming, supportive environment where questions are always encouraged. A Gently Warmed EnvironmentOur infrared heat will be on, keeping the studio at approximately 75°F. This gentle warmth creates a cozy, inviting space to explore movement without the intensity of a traditional hot yoga class. Your 4-Week Journey Saturdays | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM November 28 – December 19, 2026 Each session builds on the previous week, allowing you to learn, practice, and grow more comfortable along the way. By the end of the series, you'll have more than a foundation in yoga. You'll have a greater sense of confidence, a deeper connection to your body, and the tools to continue exploring your practice in our regular classes. *No experience necessary. No expectations to keep up. Just a place to begin, exactly as you are.
