Chapter 3: The Voice Within | Group Regression & Higher Self Experience

What if the answers you've been seeking are already within you? Explore your Higher Self in this immersive 90-minute group regression. What if the answers you've been seeking are already within you? There is a part of you that has witnessed every chapter of your life. The part that remembers what you've learned. The part that knows what you're ready to release. The part that can see beyond the noise of the present moment. What would happen if you became quiet enough to listen? Meet the Voice Within Chapter 3 of the Soul Journey Series invites you into a 90-minute guided group regression experience designed to explore your connection with your Higher Self. Through guided visualization, regression, reflection, and creative integration, you'll journey inward to explore questions, receive personal insight, and connect with the deeper wisdom within you. This isn't about being given someone else's answers. It's about creating the space to discover what arises from within you. You don't need previous hypnosis or meditation experience. You don't need to know exactly what you believe. You simply need curiosity and a willingness to explore. The Journey • Garden | Enter your inner sanctuary. • Temple | Cross the threshold into stillness. • Higher Self | Meet the wisdom within. • Questions | Ask what you've been longing to understand. • Healing Light | Receive. Release. Integrate. • A Glimpse Forward | Meet the possibility of who you're becoming. • The Letter | Bring the message home. What Will My Experience Be Like? Everyone's journey is different. You may experience vivid imagery, emotions, sensations, memories, symbols, words, or a strong intuitive feeling. You may see your Higher Self clearly. You may simply sense a presence. Or you may experience something much quieter—a feeling of peace, clarity, or knowing. There is no right way to experience the journey. You don't have to "see" anything. You don't have to remember everything. And you don't have to interpret your experience immediately. Your experience is uniquely yours. Why October 23? We're gathering at a beautiful moment in the astrological cycle. On October 23, the Sun enters Scorpio, beginning Scorpio season—a time traditionally associated with depth, introspection, transformation, and looking beneath the surface. The Moon will be waxing and nearly full, building toward the October 26 Full Moon in Taurus. For those who enjoy incorporating lunar and astrological rhythms into their spiritual practice, this creates a meaningful backdrop for an evening dedicated to going inward and listening. The Sun enters Scorpio. The Moon builds toward fullness. And we're turning inward to hear the Voice Within. You don't need to follow astrology to participate. The timing simply adds another layer of intention for those who enjoy working with lunar and seasonal cycles. What Are You Being Called to Explore? This experience may resonate with you if you're: • ✨ At a crossroads ✨ Moving through a period of change ✨ Looking for clarity around your next step ✨ Curious about your intuition or inner wisdom ✨ Exploring spirituality or consciousness ✨ Repeating a pattern you don't fully understand ✨ Feeling called to reconnect with yourself ✨ Wondering what the next chapter of your life might hold Maybe you've been asking yourself: "What am I supposed to understand right now?" Take the Message With You The experience doesn't end when the meditation ends. You'll have time at the end of the journey to write a Letter From Your Higher Self. Not a letter to your Higher Self. A letter from it. This becomes your personal reflection to take home and revisit whenever you need a reminder of what you discovered. You may return to it: • 🌙 During the Full Moon ✨ When you're at a crossroads 🌿 When you need clarity 🕯️ When you need to reconnect with yourself Sometimes the most meaningful part of an experience is what continues unfolding afterward.
