Respira Conscious Connected Breathwork

A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session to reconnect with your body, release tension, and support nervous system regulation. Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active breathing practice that connects the inhale and exhale in a continuous rhythm, creating space to move out of the thinking mind and reconnect with the body. I’m Josie, a hairstylist and Breathwork facilitator, and the founder of Respira Studio. My own journey of reconnecting with myself is what led me to this work. I believe deeply in creating spaces where we can soften, feel, and come back to ourselves. In this guided experience, we’ll use intentional breath, music, and grounding to support nervous system awareness, emotional release, and deeper self-connection. Come exactly as you are. A space to feel, reconnect, and breathe. 🌿
