Fall Vision Board Workshop

Ready to stop playing small? Join The Shift: reflect, rewrite your beliefs, and build a vision board for who you're becoming next. Fall Version/Vision Board Workshop When did you stop taking up space? Life has a way of teaching us to play it safe; after a breakup, an empty nest, a stalled career, or just the itch for something new. But here's the truth: you get to decide who you are now. Join us for a guided experience that blends breathwork, intentional meditation, and reflective journaling with hands-on vision board creation, all in a warm, welcoming community setting. The Shift is a workshop for moving from the version of you that's been surviving, to the vision you're actually building. You'll reflect on your beliefs, work through journal prompts (vision → belief → create), and leave with a vision board of what you're moving toward. Lite bites and fall inspired beverages will be served. This isn't the end of the party. It's the start of a new one, built exactly how you want it.
