Energy: The Currency of Life

Get ready to dive into how energy shapes everything around us and powers your everyday life. Think about the difference between a day when you're completely drained and a day when you feel genuinely alive. Same 24 hours. Completely different energy. We spend our lives managing money, time and work. Energy sits underneath all of it, and it's the one thing on that list you can actually learn to build. This is a 90-minute morning to learn how, taught by certified teachers from the Art of Living Foundation, a nonprofit that has taught these practices for 45 years in over 180 countries. What we'll do • Slow down with a guided breathing practice • Sit for a deep guided meditation (in a chair, eyes closed, guided the whole way) • Talk practically about what drains your energy and what restores it • Learn a simple breathing technique you can use at home that same night, in about ten minutes Who this is for Anyone running on fumes, caught in the pace of things, or simply curious what more energy feels like without more coffee, more sleep or another vacation.
