Tasks that vanish. A bot that goes quiet. A Chief of Staff that said it would get back to you and never did. If you run more than one bot, you've probably been ghosted. Bring your scariest dropped-task story. We'll find where the work fell through: too many jobs in one chat, nothing written down, no check that it finished. Then we'll fix it with a task ledger, a check-in routine and a short playbook for what to do when a bot stalls. Bring your own question: "why did it forget?", "how do I know it's actually working?", "what do I do when the service is down?" Costumes optional. Real problems required. What you'll leave with A task ledger your bots write to, so nothing lives only in chat A check-in routine and a stall-recovery playbook Next steps for the following 30 days Hybrid: 16 seats at the East 6th studio (bring a laptop), or join by video. Approval required. 3:00-5:00 PM CT. Tags: Grok Bot · Workshop · Hybrid · Reliability · Routines · Monitoring
