Golden Hour: Mugwort & The Magic of Samhain

An intimate autumn gathering of mugwort, ritual, and reflection, honoring the season of release, remembrance, and turning inward. There are moments in the year that invite us to stop moving forward and turn toward what we are leaving behind. Samhain is one of them. For this autumn gathering of Golden Hour, we’ll come together in the liminal space between harvest and winter for an intimate evening of plant medicine, ritual, reflection, and community. Our plant ally for the evening is mugwort, an herb with a long history of traditional use around dreaming, intuition, ritual, and seasonal transitions. Together, we’ll share mugwort tea and move through somatic grounding, guided reflection, intentional ritual, and community circle. This is not about performing a particular spiritual tradition or having the “right” beliefs. It is simply an opportunity to slow down, notice what this season is asking of you, honor what has passed, and make space for what comes next. Come as you are. Leave a little more connected to yourself, the season, and the people around you.
