Fly.Release.Land- A Grief & Grow Event (Dec. 5)

Join us in person to heal, grow, and find peace together at Fly.Release.Land – your grief support spot. Fly.Release.Land - A Grief & Grow Movement Series Grief lives in the body as much as the mind. This is a gentle, restorative aerial yoga class made for anyone moving through loss, and no experience is needed. What to expect-You'll be supported by soft hammocks hanging from the ceiling while you stretch, breathe and let go. The class blends yoga, stretching and breathwork, and is designed for all levels. You can move as much or as little as you like, you never have to explain your grief to anyone here. Who it's for-Anyone who is grieving, whether the loss was recent or years ago.
