New Year, New IntentionsVision Setting, Guided Meditation & Sound Bath A new year is a fresh opportunity to pause, reflect, and focus on what you truly want to create in your life. Join Jaime Zazzara of JZ HEALS for a peaceful evening of vision setting, guided meditation, and sound healing as we welcome 2027 with clarity, intention, and positive energy. Together, we'll take time to reflect on what we're ready to release, visualize our goals and dreams, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. What to Expect Vision & Intention Setting Through a gentle guided visualization, you'll be invited to imagine what you want your life to look and feel like in 2027. Whether you're seeking more peace, balance, abundance, love, or personal growth, this is your time to connect with what matters most to you. Guided Meditation We'll quiet the mind, release the stress of everyday life, and create space for new beginnings. Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Settle into a comfortable position and enjoy the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Allow yourself to rest, relax, and reconnect with yourself. What Is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a relaxing experience where you simply lie down or sit comfortably while listening to the gentle tones of crystal singing bowls. There's nothing you need to do or achieve. Just relax and enjoy the experience. No previous meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
