Through four simple screenings, you'll explore key health measurements and learn what your results mean, with guidance from licensed healthcare professionals. Whether you're already active or simply curious about your health, PULSE offers an approachable way to become more informed and take a proactive interest in your well-being. Your PULSE Experience STRENGTH Explore a measure of your muscular strength and learn what it represents. BLOOD PRESSURE Have your blood pressure checked and gain a better understanding of your reading. FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY Explore selected aspects of flexibility and movement through a brief screening. BODY WEIGHT & BMI Learn your current measurements and understand their role—and limitations—in assessing health. All four screenings are included, along with brief educational guidance about your results. Why PULSE? Because wellness isn't just about addressing problems. It's also about understanding your health today. PULSE brings professional expertise and practical health education together in a welcoming community setting. No particular fitness background is needed to be interested in PULSE. Screening activities are voluntary and can be declined when appropriate.
