She has been teaching yoga and wellness professionally for over 11 years. As the founder of Yes Baby I Like It Raw, Nzingah blends mindful movement with deep ancestral wisdom, creating spaces that are both empowering and accessible. Her teaching style is rooted in alignment, breath, and intuitive flow, encouraging students to move intentionally while honoring their unique bodies.
