In a time of polarization, moral urgency, and real fear, many organizations are struggling with a core question: How do we stay rooted in our values while engaging people who see the world differently? This workshop helps leaders, educators, and teams build the skills required to sustain principled, courageous engagement across political, religious, generational, and ideological differences. Drawing on Jewish tradition, collaborations, and organizational best practices, we explore how to create spaces that are both values-aligned and genuinely pluralistic. . . . Emilia Diamant LCSW, is a seasoned social worker, educator, and program strategist with nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of justice, leadership, and community. Trained in clinical social work, Emilia brings a trauma-informed, relational approach to her work with individuals and institutions, centering care, accountability, and transformation. She currently serves as Chief Program Officer at Avodah, where she leads national programming that mobilizes Jewish leaders toward systemic change.
