Craving clarity as you make a big decision, or empowerment as you move into a new chapter of life? This evening is designed to increase your attunement to your body’s innate wisdom, so you feel connected to yourself and leave feeling clearer and more empowered than when you walked in. The evening is co-created by Steph (@sacred.solstice), Amanda (@schoolofenergyhealing), and YOU. We’ll work together to clear, heal, and call in what your body needs in this moment. WHAT YOU GET • Guided meditation and journaling, bringing awareness to your relationship with self-trust • Three-part breathwork (coordinated to dope music) to move emotion and energy • Group energy healing during breathwork with a professional energy healer • Live crystal sound bowls to support deep energetic repair and integration • Vibes galore at StarHouse, which is nestled on 100 acres of land overlooking Boulder No experience needed — every technique is fully explained and practiced together before we begin. TIMING Doors open at 6:15 and we start at 6:30. The event will end by 8:30pm. Try to park by 6:05, allowing time to walk from parking to the Starhouse, use the restroom, and get settled in before we start. There’s a short walk on a trail between the parking lot and the building. It’s a fun mini hike in nature if you’re not rushing. More details will be shared via email the day before the event regarding parking and directions. PREPARATION • Please bring an eye mask or bandana, a journal and pen, and water • Remember layers, such as socks, a sweater, and an extra blanket • Basic mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided • Wear loose clothing that lets your belly expand • Arrive with an empty stomach. Avoid a heavy meal 2 hours prior. • You'll receive an email 24 hours before the event with these details as well ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS Steph is a breathwork and embodiment coach in Denver and the founder of Sacred Solstice. For most of her life, she looked outside herself for truth, searching for certainty everywhere but her own body. Breathwork has become her most reliable path back to self-trust, clarity, and her own inner knowing. She facilitates because she believes everyone deserves access to that signal — their embodied truth. Her approach is trauma-sensitive, belief-neutral, and grounded in both science and somatic practice. No belief system required, just a willingness to feel.
