Learn how to make buttery, flaky croissants from scratch at The Foundry! Croissant Workshop at The Foundry *Second workshop added 10/25: Join us for a hands-on Croissant Workshop at The Foundry and learn the techniques behind beautifully flaky, buttery croissants from scratch. During this in-person workshop, you'll work through the process of making laminated dough, including rolling, folding, shaping, proofing, and baking. What We'll Make • Pain au Chocolat filled with rich chocolate What You'll Experience • Practice the rolling and folding techniques that create those signature layers • Learn how to shape, proof, and bake laminated pastries • Enjoy the pastries you make during the workshop • Take home any extras left over from the class to enjoy later No professional baking experience is required.
