SnowFit® is Panetta Physical Therapy's pre-season conditioning program, built specifically for skiers and snowboarders. In this workshop, Dr. Therese Panetta-Young, PT, DPT, will walk you through the same approach used in the full SnowFit® program: assessing strength, balance, flexibility, and movement patterns to build a training and fitness plan that targets the muscles and movements winter sports demand most.
