Full description from organizer

Join us to fund women’s health technology, research, and a summit amplifying Black mothers’ stories to transform maternal care. Join Ebony Women Health Corp. for Honoring Her Journey: Healing, Strength, and Black Maternal Mental Health Fundraising Dinner—an evening dedicated to celebrating Black motherhood, advancing maternal mental health, and transforming the future of healthcare for women of color. This fundraising dinner supports our mission to create safer, more culturally responsive healthcare experiences for women of color by investing in two critical initiatives: building BlakNexis™, our women’s health technology and research platform, and bringing the Honoring Her Journey Summit to life. Through BlakNexis™, we are building technology that transforms the lived experiences and stories of women of color into meaningful data and insights that can inform research, influence decision-making, and help drive improvements in healthcare. We believe women of color are the dataset, and their experiences must be central to the conversations, research, and solutions shaping their health. Our fundraising efforts will also support the Honoring Her Journey Summit, an innovative gathering designed to flip the script on traditional healthcare conversations. Rather than allowing women’s experiences to be interpreted solely through the perspectives of institutions and providers, we are creating a platform where mothers can share their stories on a larger scale, elevate their voices, and help shape the future of maternal healthcare. The summit will also create opportunities for healthcare providers, researchers, and community leaders to learn directly from mothers and use those insights to inform more compassionate, culturally responsive care. Your support helps us move beyond conversations and toward meaningful change—investing in technology, research, and spaces where women’s lived experiences become catalysts for innovation and accountability. Whether you attend, contribute, or become a sponsor, your participation helps us build a future where Black mothers’ stories are valued, their experiences inform solutions, and their well-being remains a priority. Together, we can honor her journey, invest in her future, and transform the way maternal healthcare serves generations to come.
