Join MVMT. Social and Stolen Lunches for a morning of movement, community and giving back. We’ll start with a sunrise mat Pilates class, followed by a one-mile run or walk, coffee and time to hang out. At 8:30 AM, we’ll come together to pack blessing bags for people in need throughout our community. Schedule: 7:00 AM — Sunrise Mat Pilates 7:45 AM — One-mile run/walk with Run FIIT 8:00 AM — Coffee + social 8:30 AM — Blessing-bag packing begins This event is free and open to all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat and water! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, Pilates will be held inside.
