You'll move to an energetic mix of Hip-Hop, R&B, Soca, Reggae/Dancehall, Afrobeats, Kompa, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Pop, and more. You do not have to be a dancer to join us! Rhythm & Vybz is designed for all experience and fitness levels. Follow along, move at your own pace, and make the moves your own. This is a class for adults 18+, so grab your water, wear something comfortable, and come ready to have a good time.
