Embodied Evenings: Infrared Sauna, Reiki & Sound Bath

Join us for an immersive, healing experience designed to ground the body, calm the mind, and restore the spirit. $35 Embodied Evenings Join us on Monday, October 26th at 7pm for a gentle, grounding experience that blends the healing power of full-spectrum infrared sauna therapy with the calming resonance of sound meditation. This monthly offering is designed to help you reset—physically, mentally, and energetically—while fostering connection in a like-minded community. We’ll begin with a group infrared sauna session to gently warm the body from within, supporting circulation, easing muscle tension, and inviting your nervous system into a state of calm. The warmth of the sauna creates the perfect foundation for deeper rest and inner openness. From there you will transition into a guided meditation led by Heather Jenkins, followed by the healing frequenices of a sound bath. The final layer of healing will come from the hands of Rachel Shannon through Reiki- the practice of placing hands on the body to channel energy for the purposes of reducing stress, relieving pain, and promote deep relaxation . No movement is required. You’ll be invited to simply rest, receive, and reconnect with your body. Whether you're seeking a moment of stillness in a busy season, desire to soften into your body, or simply looking to share a peaceful space with others, Embodied Evenings offers a sanctuary for you to slow down and return to yourself. During this nourishing practice, you’ll be invited to: ✨ Lie back in supported stillness ✨ Breathe deeply and unwind in a safe, welcoming space ✨ Soothe your nervous system and quiet the mental noise ✨ Connect with others on a shared journey of rest and renewal At Embody, we believe in the power of true wellness from within.
