Participants will learn about the importance of early detection, including how to perform a breast self-exam, recommended mammogram screening timelines, and considerations for individuals who may be at a higher risk and should begin screening earlier in life. Brooke will also discuss the role that regular exercise plays in supporting overall health and wellness.
